Getting Started

A proposal for a Phase 1 project will then be provided – the deliverable will be a clearly defined road map identifying the solution(s) and the implementation action plan which details the key steps, timing, cost and ROI.  All Phase 1 projects are individually tailored to the client’s needs and fees are structured on a not-to-exceed basis, so that if more time is required it is the responsibility of Leyland Management, not the client.

I demonstrate my confidence in the Phase 1 project by proposing to implement its action plan recommendations in a Phase 2 engagement. That confidence is further demonstrated by agreeing a Phase 2 fee structure based on key metric and ROI success factors.

There are no long-term contracts – I want my clients to be delighted with results and ROI, not locked into a program which isn’t working.
